Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 17.6 oz
- Pumpkin - 8.8 oz
- Carrot - 2 pieces
- Chicken Egg - 3 pieces
- Semolina - 2 tablespoons
- Potato protein - 2 tablespoons
- Sugar - 0.8 cups
- Cinnamon - 0.3 teaspoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel the pumpkin and carrot, wrap them in a plastic bag, and cook in the microwave on full power until soft. Puree in a blender. Let cool slightly.
Step 2
Beat the eggs, sugar, starch, cinnamon, and semolina with a fork. Add the cottage cheese and vegetable puree. Mix well by hand.
Step 3
Grease a baking dish with oil and sprinkle with semolina. Spread the cottage cheese mixture evenly. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30–40 minutes.
Step 4
Serve warm with sour cream.
