Step by Step guide
Step 1
Grind the sunflower seeds in a blender into flour.
Step 2
Blend the raisins with lemon juice and a splash of water.
Step 3
Mix the raisins with the sunflower seeds.
Step 4
Slice the cucumber into strips.
Step 5
Grate the carrot on a fine grater.
Step 6
Roll it up like a roll: instead of nori — use carrot, and in the middle — strips of cucumber and seeds.
Step 7
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
