- Champagne Vinegar - 2 tablespoons
- Coarse Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Ground Cumin - ½ teaspoon
- Chili Flakes - 0.1 teaspoon
- Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Raisins - 2.1 oz

Step 1
Peel and grate the carrots.
Step 2
In a skillet, bring 1 cup of water to a boil and add vinegar, 1 teaspoon of salt, 0.25 teaspoons of pepper, cumin, and red pepper flakes.
