Ingredients
- Macadamia Nuts - 5.3 oz
- Water - 8 fl oz
- Dry yeast - 4 tablespoons
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 3 tablespoons
- Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Agar-Agar - 0.4 oz
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Cranberry - to taste
- Shelled pumpkin seeds - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Blend all ingredients (except for cranberries and pumpkin seeds) in a blender.
Step 2
Pour into a saucepan (or a deep non-stick skillet), cook for 5–10 minutes over medium heat until thickened, stirring constantly.
Step 3
Add chopped cranberries and pumpkin seeds, mix well and pack into a mold. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
