- Semolina - 1 tablespoon
- Skim Milk - 3 tablespoons
- Dried Apricots - 8.8 oz
- Sugar - 2 tablespoons
- Vanillin - 1 piece
- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
- Low-fat lactose-free milk - 17.6 oz
- Lemon - 1 piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Soak the dried apricots in hot water for half an hour. Beat the eggs with sugar and vanillin. Add the cottage cheese and mix everything thoroughly until smooth.
Step 2
Pour in the milk, add the semolina and citrus zest. Mix everything again.
Step 3
Remove the swollen dried apricots from the water and cut them into pieces. Then combine with the cottage cheese mixture and mix thoroughly.
Step 4
Line a baking dish with parchment paper, place the cottage cheese batter on it, and spread it evenly.
Step 5
Bake at 392°F for about 40 minutes.
