Cat Paw Cookies

Ingredients

  • Wheat Flour - 10.6 oz
  • Powdered Sugar - 3.5 oz
  • White Chocolate - 1.8 oz
  • Liquid dark chocolate - 4.4 oz
  • Butter - 8.8 oz
  • Vanilla salt - 1 piece
  • Salt - to taste
  • Egg white - 2 pieces

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Sift the powdered sugar and flour.

Step 2

Melt the chocolate for the dough in a water bath and let it cool slightly.

Step 3

Cream the butter with the vanilla and gradually add the powdered sugar, flour, salt, and egg whites while stirring continuously. Gradually incorporate the glaze into the mixture.

Step 4

Preheat the oven to 392°F. Transfer the mixture to a pastry bag fitted with a star tip. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and pipe strips of dough about 3 cm long, tapering at the ends. Bake for 6–8 minutes.

Step 5

Melt the chocolate for decoration in separate bowls. Dip the cooled cookies alternately in the dark and white chocolate.
