  • Chopped Sage Leaves - ¼ g
  • Lime Juice - 0 fl oz

  • Poppy seed paste - 0.5 oz
  • Ground Black Pepper - 0 oz
  • Thyme - 0 fl oz
  • Ground Cinnamon - 0.1 oz
  • Paprika - 0 oz
  • Red Long Chili Peppers - a pinch
  • Cauliflower - ½ piece

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Heat the cauliflower into florets and place them in a blender. Blend until coarse crumbs form, then add the remaining ingredients. Blend and mix.

Step 2

Heat olive oil in a pan and shape small fritters, frying them on both sides until golden brown.
