Ingredients
- Lemon - 5.3 oz
- Lime - 3.5 oz
- Vanilla salt - 0.5 oz
- Sugar - 8.8 oz
- Celery salt - 12.3 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash the celery stalks, remove the leaves, break them, and remove the strings.
Step 2
Wash the lemon and lime, cut them in half, and remove the seeds. Chop the celery, lemon, and lime in a blender, keeping the citrus peels.
Step 3
Place in a pot, sprinkle with sugar, and add vanilla sugar. Let the mixture sit for 3–4 hours until the future jam releases juice.
Step 4
Cook in three stages (first bring to a boil, set aside for 1 hour, then continue cooking, repeating this three times until ready) to allow the jam to absorb flavors.
Step 5
Distribute the finished jam into jars. Let the sweetness rest for a few days — and it’s ready to eat!
