Chanterelle Mushroom Pie
Ingredients
- Unleavened dough - 21.2 oz
- Pickled Chanterelles - 7.1 oz
- Salad Potatoes - 3 pieces
- Herbs - 1 bunch
- Onion - 2 heads
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the potatoes, grate them or simply mash with a fork.
Step 2
Boil the chanterelle mushrooms and chop them.
Step 3
Sauté the chanterelle mushrooms, onion, and herbs. Add the potatoes and mix.
Step 4
You can buy the dough or make it yourself (personally, I bought it to keep it simple:). Roll out one layer of the dough. Place the entire mixture of potatoes and chanterelles on it. Cover with a second layer of dough. Be sure to make several cuts so the dough can rise. Brush with beaten egg.
Step 5
Then send it to the oven for about 20 minutes at a temperature of 356°F.
