Description
A very simple recipe, differing from the original one that used bread. However, it is now one of the most popular desserts in the United States.

- Chicken Egg - 5 pieces
- Sugar - 5 oz
- Wheat Flour - 5 oz
- Baking Powder - 1 tablespoon
- Pickled Apples - 0 lbs

Prepare the necessary ingredients.

Separate the egg whites from the yolks.
Step 3
Whisk the egg whites with a pinch of salt until fluffy.
Step 4
Continue to whisk, gradually adding sugar. Whisk until you achieve a smooth, firm meringue.
Step 5
Add the egg yolks and baking powder, continue beating, and gradually add the flour. The dough should have the consistency of thick sour cream.
Step 6
Pour half of the batter into the mold.
Step 7
Arrange the sliced apples, cored and cut into wedges.
Step 8
Pour the remaining batter over it.
Step 9
Place in an oven preheated to 375°F for 30 to 40 minutes.
