Ingredients

  • Apple - 7 pieces
  • Wheat Flour - 1 glass
  • Sugar - 1 glass
  • Chicken Egg - 5 pieces
  • Activated Baking Soda - 1 tablespoon
  • Cinnamon - to taste
  • Vanilla salt - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Peel the apples and cut them into 1.5 cm cubes.

Step 2

Separate the egg white from the yolk. Whisk the egg white, then add sugar and baking soda. In a separate bowl, whisk the yolk and then combine it with the egg white.

Step 3

Sift the flour and add it to the eggs, along with the baking powder, vanilla sugar, and apples. Mix everything together.

Add cinnamon to taste and mix well. Pour the mixture into a baking dish.

Place the dish in an oven preheated to 356°F and bake until golden brown. After turning off the oven, you can leave the charlotte in there for 20–30 minutes.
