Ingredients
- Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
- Water - 7 fl oz
- Sugar - ½ teaspoon
- Vegetable Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Wheat Flour - 17.6 oz
- Ground meat - 10.6 oz
- Rice - 3 tablespoons
- Parsley - 0.3 bunches
- Dill - 0.3 bunches
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
For the filling, mix the ground chicken, rice, herbs, add salt and pepper.

Stir well.
Step 3
For the dough, pour water into a bowl, add vegetable oil and mayonnaise.
Step 4
Mix, then add salt and sugar.
Step 5
Gradually add flour and knead a soft dough.
Step 6
Roll out the dough to about 0.5 cm thick, cut out circles, place 1 tablespoon of filling, fold in half, and pinch the edges.
Step 7
Fry the chebureki in a large amount of heated vegetable oil on both sides until golden brown.
