Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 1 cup

- Cayenne Pepper - ¼ teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper - ½ teaspoon
- Butter - 2.1 oz
- Milk - 1 cup
- Cheshire Cheese - 6 oz
- Paprika - to taste
- Whole egg - 1 piece
Step by Step guide

Grate the cheese using a coarse grater.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 428°F (428 degrees Fahrenheit). Grease a muffin tin with butter or place paper liners in each cup.
Step 3
In a bowl, mix both flours, baking powder, salt, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and 1 cup of grated cheese.

In a saucepan, melt the butter with the milk. Allow to cool to a warm temperature. Then add the egg while whisking.

Incorporate the dry ingredients into the butter mixture, gently mixing.

Divide the batter into the muffin cups and sprinkle the remaining cheese on top. Dust with paprika.
