Ingredients

  • Lean Beef - 15.9 oz
  • Boiled Veal - 7.1 oz
  • Cheshire Cheese - 3.5 oz
  • Salt - 2 teaspoons
  • Ground Black Pepper - 2 teaspoons
  • Bun - 4 pieces
  • Butter - 1.8 oz
  • Parsley - to taste
  • Shallot - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Keep your hands under cold water for about a minute to prevent the meat from sticking to them. Mix the two types of ground meat.

Step 2

Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into round patties.

Step 3

Season the patties with salt and pepper on both sides.

Step 4

Handle the patties as little and gently as possible to keep them tender.

Step 5

Fry the patties over medium heat. Once cooked, place them on a plate and add a slice of cheese on top.

Cut the buns in half.
