- Whole egg - 1 piece
- Hard Cheese - 2.6 oz
- Basil - ½ bunch

Step 1
In a food processor, mix the butter, cheese, and flour until crumbly. Add the yolk and basil, and mix until a soft dough forms.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 356°F. Knead the dough until smooth and divide it into 20 pieces. Roll each piece into a ball, place them on baking sheets spaced apart, and flatten them into circles with your fingers.
Step 3
Bake in the oven for 10 minutes until light golden. Remove from the oven but leave on the baking sheet for 5 minutes. Carefully transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
