Ingredients
- Bacon - 3.5 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 6 pieces
- Marinated cherries - 1.4 oz
- Pizza Mozzarella Cheese - 1.2 oz
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 1½ tablespoons
- Herbes de Provence - 1 teaspoon
- Lemon-Pepper Mix - ½ teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Line the muffin baking tray with bacon in a ring shape.
Step 2
In a deep bowl, crack the eggs and add salt.
Step 3
Then add pepper.
Step 4
Add the Herbes de Provence.
Step 5
Add the grated mozzarella cheese.
Step 6
Mix thoroughly.
Step 7
Finely chop the cherry tomatoes.
Step 8
Place the chopped cherry tomatoes at the bottom of each section.

Pour the cheese and egg mixture into each section, then sprinkle with parmesan on top.

Place in a preheated oven at 356°F for 20 minutes.
