  • 50% Fat 'Lambert' Cheese - 3.5 oz
  • Cream 22% - 2 tablespoons
  • Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
  • Fresh Mint - 2 stems
  • Sourdough Bread - 3 slices
  • Butter - 1.8 oz
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Cut the crusts off the bread and cut it diagonally to make triangles.

Step 2

Fry in butter over low heat on both sides.

Step 3

Grate the cheese.

Step 4

Lightly beat the eggs, add cheese, cream, salt, and pepper, pour into the pan, and cook for a few minutes, stirring over low heat.

Step 5

Remove the omelette from heat and add finely chopped mint. Stir.

Step 6

Place the toast on a plate, top with the omelette, and add a mint leaf.
