- Cream 22% - 2 tablespoons
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Fresh Mint - 2 stems
- Sourdough Bread - 3 slices
- Butter - 1.8 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the crusts off the bread and cut it diagonally to make triangles.
Step 2
Fry in butter over low heat on both sides.
Step 3
Grate the cheese.
Step 4
Lightly beat the eggs, add cheese, cream, salt, and pepper, pour into the pan, and cook for a few minutes, stirring over low heat.
