Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 14.1 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 4 pieces
- Butter - 7.8 oz
- Vanillin - 1½ g
- Cottage cheese - 28.2 oz
- Pears - 5 pieces
- Jam - 2.5 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Sugar - 1½ cups
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Pour the flour into a deep bowl, add the softened butter, mix, add 2 beaten eggs, 0.5 cups of sugar, all the vanillin, add salt, knead the dough until it becomes elastic, roll it into a ball and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Peel the pear, cut it into medium-sized cubes, place in a deep bowl, add the cottage cheese. Separate the egg whites from the yolks and add them to the cottage cheese with the pear, add 1 cup of sugar, mix. Blend the entire mixture into a mousse using a blender, set aside.
Step 3
Remove the dough from the refrigerator, roll it out into a layer 5–7 mm thick, place it in a baking dish, put it in a preheated oven at 392°F and bake for 15 minutes.
Step 4
Remove the crust from the oven, let it cool. Carefully pour the filling into the crust, ensuring it reaches the edges. Bake at 392°F for 50 minutes.
Step 5
Take out the pie and spread jam on top.
