Ingredients
- Milk - 7 fl oz
- Sugar - 2 teaspoons
- Vegetable Oil - 0 fl oz
- Dry yeast - 1 teaspoon
- Wheat Flour - 10.6 oz
- Whole egg - 1 piece
- Sliced Processed Cheese - 10 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Slightly warm the milk, add the yeast and sugar, and let it sit until bubbles form.
Step 2
Then add the oil and sifted flour.
Step 3
Knead a soft dough, cover it with a towel, place it in a warm place, and let it rise.
Step 4
Once the dough has risen, punch it down and divide it into 10 equal parts.
Step 5
Roll each piece of dough into thin rectangular sheets, place cheese on one edge, and cut the other edge as shown in the photo.
Step 6
Then roll it up (not tightly), starting from the edge where the cheese is, and pinch the edges.
Step 7
Place the buns on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, cover with a towel, and let them rest for 25 minutes.
Step 8
Then brush them with lightly beaten egg yolk.
Step 9
Bake at 392°F for 15 minutes.
