Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 4.4 oz
- Self-rising flour - 2 tablespoons
- Red Curry Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Butter - 4.4 oz
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 2.6 oz
- Cheshire Cheese - 3 oz
- Roquefort cheese - 0.7 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a blender, combine the flour, curry powder, and butter. Mix until the consistency resembles breadcrumbs.
Step 2
Add all the grated cheese, leaving 25 grams of Parmesan aside. Mix well and form a ball of dough.
Step 3
Roll into a 30 cm long log, wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 1 hour. Cut into 5 mm pieces. Preheat the oven to 392°F.
Step 4
Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan on top and bake for 15 minutes until golden brown. Cool on the baking sheet.
