Ingredients
- Butter - 3.5 oz
- Wheat Flour - 5.3 oz
- Farm fresh eggs - 4 pieces
- Sugar - 1.8 oz
- Ocean salt - a pinch
- Swiss Cheese - 3.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a saucepan, mix the butter, sugar, salt, and water. Bring to a boil over low heat.
Step 2
Add the flour and immediately beat on the heat until a smooth, glossy mass forms.
Step 3
Transfer from the saucepan to another container, cool while stirring, add the eggs, and beat with a mixer.
Step 4
Add the separately beaten egg and cheese. Mix well. Spoon onto well-greased sheets of parchment paper placed on a baking tray, and bake in a preheated oven at 428°F for 18 minutes. It’s better for the buns to stay in the oven a little longer.
