Ingredients
- Horseradish Leaves - 2 tablespoons
- Hard Cheese - 3.5 oz
- Yellow Cherry Tomatoes - 5 pieces
- Leek - 0.4 oz
- Mixed Ground Peppers - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
Step 2
Place portions of cheese, one tablespoon each, on parchment paper.
Step 3
Put the horseradish in a deep bowl.
Step 4
Cut the tomatoes in half and crush them with a chef's knife. Add salt.
Step 5
Chop the tomato very finely.
Step 6
Combine with the horseradish.
Step 7
Chop the leek very finely as well.
Step 8
Add the leek to the sauce.

Season with the mixed peppers.

Mix thoroughly.

Add a teaspoon of the sauce to each portion of cheese.
