Cheese chips with horseradish and mustard

Ingredients

  • Goat cheese - 3.5 oz
  • Parmesan Cheese - 1.4 oz
  • Horseradish Leaves - 1½ tablespoons
  • Mustard Greens - 1½ teaspoons
  • Salt - to taste
  • Mixed Ground Peppers - to taste
  • Dill - 1 sprig

Grate the goat cheese on a fine grater.

Do the same with the Parmesan cheese.

Form portions of goat cheese, about 1 tablespoon each, on parchment paper.

Place the horseradish in a deep bowl.
