Cheese chips with horseradish and mustard
Ingredients
- Goat cheese - 3.5 oz
- Parmesan Cheese - 1.4 oz
- Horseradish Leaves - 1½ tablespoons
- Mustard Greens - 1½ teaspoons
- Salt - to taste
- Mixed Ground Peppers - to taste
- Dill - 1 sprig
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Grate the goat cheese on a fine grater.
Step 2
Do the same with the Parmesan cheese.
Step 3
Form portions of goat cheese, about 1 tablespoon each, on parchment paper.
Step 4
Place the horseradish in a deep bowl.
Step 5
Add the mustard.
Step 6
Sprinkle a pinch of Parmesan cheese on top of the goat cheese.
Step 7
Then add a little salt.
Step 8
Season the sauce with the mixed peppers.
Step 9
Mix well.
Step 10
Add a little sauce to each portion of cheese.
Step 11
Heat in the oven at 356°F.
Step 12
After 7 minutes, remove from the oven and sprinkle with finely chopped dill.
