Cheese Chips with Mushrooms
Ingredients
- Parmesan Cheese - 3.5 oz
- Pickled Chanterelles - 0.7 oz
- 10% cream - 0 fl oz
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Onion - 0.3 head
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Ocean salt - to taste
- Olive Oil - 2 teaspoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
Step 2
Place the cheese on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, using 1 tablespoon per portion without heaping.
Step 3
Finely chop the mushrooms and onion.
Step 4
Also finely chop the garlic.
Step 5
Heat the olive oil in a skillet and add the onion and mushrooms. Sauté over medium heat.
Step 6
After 1 minute, add salt and stir.
Step 7
Pour in the cream.
Step 8
Add the garlic and stir again. Remove from heat.
Step 9
Add 0.5 teaspoon of the mushroom mixture to each portion of cheese and season with pepper.
Step 10
Sprinkle a little cheese on top.
Step 11
Place in a preheated oven at 356°F.
Step 12
After 8 minutes, cool and transfer to a serving plate.
