Ingredients
- Parmesan Cheese - 3.5 oz
- Tomatoes - 0.3 pieces
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Leek - 0.2 oz
- Pesto - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - a pinch
- Ground Black Pepper - a pinch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
Step 2
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place small piles of cheese on it.
Step 3
Finely chop the tomato.
Step 4
Also finely chop the garlic.
Step 5
Do the same with the leek.
Step 6
Season the tomato with salt.
Step 7
Combine the ingredients in a bowl and mix with the pesto sauce.
Step 8
Season the cheese with pepper.
Step 9
Spread the sauce over the cheese and bake at 356°F for about 7–8 minutes.
Step 10
Before transferring to a plate, let the chips cool slightly.
