Ingredients
- Hard Cheese - 5.3 oz
- Leek - 0.5 oz
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Truffle Cream Cheese - 3 tablespoons
- Mixed Ground Peppers - to taste
- Ocean salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
Step 2
Finely chop the leek.
Step 3
Do the same with the garlic.
Step 4
In a deep bowl, mix the leek and garlic with the truffle sauce.
Step 5
On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, place the cheese, forming circles (about 1 tablespoon each).

Lightly salt.
Step 7
Top each circle with a teaspoon of sauce.
Step 8
Season with the mixed peppers.
Step 9
Place in a preheated oven at 356°F.
Step 10
After 5 minutes, remove the baking sheet, sprinkle each circle with cheese (about a teaspoon without a heap) and return to the oven for 3–4 minutes.
Step 11
Once the chips cool slightly, transfer them to a plate and serve as a snack.
