- Poppy seed paste - 2 tablespoons
- Ground Caraway - 2 tablespoons
- Whole egg - 1 piece
- Nuts - 2 tablespoons

Step 1
Grate the cheese and mix it with the margarine until smooth, add one egg, crushed lemon zest, and baking soda, mix thoroughly, and then add the flour to knead the dough.
Step 2
Roll out the dough and cut it into sticks, squares, rectangles, triangles, diamonds, or circles, as you like, using a fluted knife. Brush the surface with the egg yolk and sprinkle with nuts, caraway seeds, or poppy seeds.

Bake until golden at 410°F.
