- Wheat Flour - 10.6 oz
- Butter - 5.3 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Baking Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Parmesan Cheese - 3.5 oz
- Rosemary - 1 teaspoon
- Cheshire Cheese - 3.5 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Salt - ½ teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Melt the butter at room temperature and mix it with the two eggs, adding salt.
Step 2
Grate the Parmesan cheese finely and cut the Cheddar into small cubes.
Step 3
Combine both cheeses with the butter and eggs, then add the baking powder, rosemary, and pepper.
Step 4
Add the flour and knead the dough. Place the dough in the refrigerator for half an hour.
Step 5
Roll out the dough to a thickness of about one centimeter and cut out cookies in any shape you prefer.
Step 6
Bake in the oven at 356°F for about 20 minutes.
