Cheese Cookies with Sesame
Ingredients
- Farmers cheese - 1.8 oz
- Margarine - 1.8 oz
- Low-fat lactose-free milk - 2.5 oz
- Dr. Oetker baking powder - 1 teaspoon
- Feta cheese - 2.5 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Toasted Sesame - to taste
- Wheat Flour - 3.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, salt, sour cream, and margarine until smooth. Refrigerate for one hour.
Step 2
Grate the feta cheese on a fine grater and mix it with the cottage cheese. Add to the dough.
Step 3
Roll out the dough to a thickness of 0.5 cm and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Roll over the dough with a rolling pin, pressing the sesame seeds in slightly. Cut the dough into 2 cm squares or use cookie cutters.
Step 4
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the squares on it with a little space between them.
Step 5
Bake at 160–356°F until done.
