Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 7.1 oz
- Polenta - 7.1 oz
- Cottage cheese - 10.6 oz
- Sour Cream - 3.5 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 2 fl oz
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Hard Cheese - 3.5 oz
- Paprika - 2 teaspoons
- Dried Rosemary - 1 teaspoon
- Baking Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Butter - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix the cottage cheese with sour cream, vegetable oil, minced garlic, salt, 1 teaspoon of paprika, and rosemary.
Step 2
Sift the flour with baking powder and mix it with polenta.
Step 3
Combine the two mixtures and knead an elastic dough that does not stick to your hands.
Step 4
Place in the freezer for 15 minutes.
Step 5
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and mix it with the remaining paprika.
Step 6
Roll out the dough to a thickness of 0.5 cm.
Step 7
Use a glass to cut out circles.
Step 8
Place 1 teaspoon of cheese filling on each circle and fold in half.
Step 9
Transfer the prepared cookies to a baking sheet greased with butter.
Step 10
Top with the remaining filling.
Step 11
Preheat the oven to 374°F and bake for 20–25 minutes.
