Description
I used small homegrown eggs. If using large eggs, three will be enough.
Ingredients
- Butter - 4.4 oz
- Chicken Egg - 4 pieces
- Water - 7 fl oz
- Wheat Flour - 5.3 oz
- Parmesan Cheese - 5.3 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - 1 teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Bring the butter, water, and a pinch of salt to a boil in a small saucepan.
Step 2
Remove from heat and, stirring vigorously, add the flour. Knead the dough (it should pull away from the sides well). Let it cool slightly.
Step 3
Incorporate the eggs one at a time into the dough (add the next one only after the previous one is fully mixed in).
Step 4
Add the grated Parmesan cheese. Mix everything well. The dough should be thick enough not to spread on the baking sheet.
Step 5
Using a spoon dipped in water or a piping bag, pipe the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and greased with oil. Bake in a preheated oven at 428°F until golden brown.
