Description

Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 14.1 oz
- Sugar - 6.2 oz
- Wheat Flour - 5.3 oz
- Baking Powder - a pinch
- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix 100 grams of cottage cheese and 100 grams of sugar.
Step 2
Add 1 egg.
Step 3
Stir.
Step 4
Add the flour and baking powder, then mix with a mixer until a slightly sticky dough forms.
Step 5
Prepare the filling. To do this, whisk the remaining cottage cheese, egg, and sugar together.
Step 6
Prepare the molds (10–12 pieces) and grease them with oil.
Step 7
Dip your hands in flour, take a small piece of dough. Shape the dough with your fingers inside the mold.
Step 8
Do this with all the dough.
Step 9
Fill the molds with the filling.
Step 10
Bake at 190–392°F for 12–15 minutes.
