- Sugar - 3.5 oz
- Wheat Flour - 14.1 oz
- Activated Baking Soda - ½ teaspoon

Warm the butter until it becomes soft.
Step 2
Mix the butter with the cottage cheese.
Step 3
Add the baking soda that has been dissolved in vinegar to the mixture.
Step 4
Add the flour.
Step 5
Cut the dough into small rounds.
Step 6
Coat the round in sugar, fold it in half, then sprinkle with sugar again.
Step 7
Shape the round into a triangle.
Step 8
Bake in the oven at standard temperature until done.
