- Wheat Flour - 24.7 oz
- Butter - 7.1 oz
- Milk - 4 fl oz
- Sugar - 0.9 oz
- Salt - ⅓ tablespoon
- Cheese Spread - 12.3 oz
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Egg white - 2 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix the flour, softened butter, milk, sugar, and salt to form a dough that does not stick to your hands.
Step 2
Place the dough in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 20–25 minutes.
Step 3
While the dough is in the refrigerator, grate the cheese into a bowl, add finely chopped garlic, eggs, and mix until smooth.
Step 4
Take the dough out of the refrigerator, roll it out to a thickness of 1 cm, place it on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil, and spread the cheese mixture evenly on top.
Step 5
Put it in a preheated oven at 200–428°F for 25–30 minutes.
