- Wheat Flour - 14.1 oz
- Cheese Spread - 10.6 oz
- Kefir - 8 fl oz
- Clarified Butter - 1.8 oz
- Herbs - 1 bunch
- Salt - ½ teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Baking Powder - 1 teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Add baking powder, salt, pepper, and butter to the flour and mix.
Step 2
Add finely chopped herbs and grated cheese, mix, then add kefir.
Step 3
Knead the dough by hand.
Step 4
Roll into balls, flatten them into 1 cm thick flatbreads, and place on a baking sheet greased with butter.
Step 5
Bake for 20–25 minutes in an oven preheated to 392°F.
