Ingredients
- Light "Lamber" cheese, 15% fat content - 5.3 oz
- Cream (40%) - 10 fl oz
- Whole egg - 4 pieces
- Sugar - 1.8 oz
- Pears - 1 piece
- Fresh Mint - 1 stalk
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Grate the cheese finely and mix it in a saucepan with the cream, then place it on the stove over low heat.
Step 2
Whisk the egg yolks with the sugar and gradually pour into the cream. Cook for 5–10 minutes, until thickened.
Step 3
Pour into a tray and place in the freezer for three hours.
Step 4
Garnish with pear and mint before serving.
