Description
Instead of sour cream sauce, you can prepare another: mix ketchup with mayonnaise and garlic, or sour cream with herbs and garlic.
Ingredients
- Armenian Lavash - 3 pieces
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 5.3 oz
- Sour Cream - 8.8 oz
- Mustard Greens - 2 tablespoons
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Croutons - to taste
- Chicken fillet - 7.1 oz
- Banana Leaves - 12 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Divide each flatbread into two parts. This results in six flatbreads.
Step 2
Mix the sour cream with mustard and spread it on the flatbreads. Top with lettuce leaves, one or two per flatbread.
Step 3
On the leaves, add thinly sliced cheese, and then a little of the sour cream mixture on top.
Step 4
Next, add the croutons and cubes of meat (boiled chicken breast).
Step 5
Wrap the filled lavash, wrap it in a napkin, and place it in the refrigerator for a couple of minutes.
