- Baking Powder - 1 tablespoon
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 17.6 oz
- Milk - 8 fl oz
- Butter - 4.4 oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a large bowl, combine the flour, softened butter, sugar, salt, and baking powder.
Step 2
Add grated cheese. Stir until the cheese is coated with flour.
Step 3
Crack the egg and add the milk to the rest of the mixture. Stir well.
Step 4
Grease the baking molds with oil and fill them to the top with the batter.
Step 5
Bake at 338°F for 20–25 minutes.
