Description
The easiest muffins to make, perfect for breakfast and for kids to take to school. You can also add flaxseeds or finely chopped olives to the filling.
Ingredients
- Acidophilus - 7 fl oz
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Salt - a pinch
- Safflower Oil - 3 tablespoons
- Baking Powder - 0.2 oz
- Hard Cheese - 7.1 oz
- Wheat Flour - 1½ cups
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Add all the acidophilus, 2 eggs, 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil, salt, and baking powder to a bowl. Mix thoroughly.
Step 2
Then add all the grated cheese and flour. Mix again.
Step 3
Grease all the silicone muffin molds with the remaining sunflower oil and fill them with the batter, about 1.5 tablespoons in each mold.
Step 4
Place the muffins in the preheated oven. Bake at 356°F for about 20–30 minutes.
Step 5
Allow the risen, golden muffins to cool slightly. Serve with tea or cocoa.
