Ingredients
- Butter - 3.5 oz
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Scallions - 1 bunch
- Sugar - ½ tablespoon
- Salt - a pinch
- Wheat Flour - 1½ cups
- Dr. Oetker baking powder - 0.4 oz
- Sliced Processed Cheese - 5.3 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Combine cheese, butter, sugar, salt, and baking powder. Mix until creamy.
Step 2
Cut the tomatoes (blanch if desired) in half, remove the stem, and scoop out the pulp (which we don't need). Dice the firm part into small cubes.
Step 3
Add the diced tomatoes and green onions to the flour.
Step 4
Combine the flour with the vegetables and the cheese mixture, stirring thoroughly.
Step 5
Preheat the oven to 356°F. Distribute the batter into muffin molds, greased with butter. Place in the oven and bake for 20–30 minutes until golden.
