- Cottage cheese - 8.8 oz
- Sugar - 3 spoons
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Wheat Flour - ½ glasses

Mix the cottage cheese, egg, and sugar, then add the flour and stir well (you can omit the sugar for a sweet cottage cheese mixture). Using a tablespoon moistened with water, scoop up the cottage cheese mixture, coat it thoroughly in flour, and shape it into a round or oval patty.
Step 2
Fry the syrniki in a preheated skillet with vegetable oil on both sides until cooked through.
Step 3
Serve sour cream, condensed milk, or jam separately with the cheese pancakes. Additionally, you can place the cheese pancakes in a skillet, pour sour cream over them, sprinkle with sugar, and heat on the stove for a few minutes.
