  • Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
  • Dried Apricots - 1.8 oz
  • Beans - 1 piece
  • Wheat Flour - 5 tablespoons
  • Salt - a pinch
  • Sugar - 2 tablespoons
  • Vanilla salt - to taste
  • Vegetable Oil - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Combine cottage cheese, eggs, sugar, salt, and vanilla sugar in a bowl or saucepan, mixing thoroughly until smooth.

Step 2

Cut the banana into pieces. Soak the dried apricots, dry them, and chop finely. Add the fruits and flour to the cottage cheese mixture, stirring to combine.

Step 3

Spoon the mixture onto a preheated skillet with vegetable oil (do not make the pancakes too thin, or they will fall apart). Fry on both sides until golden brown.
