Ingredients

  • Cottage cheese - 2 lbs
  • Semolina - 8 tablespoons
  • Chicken Egg - 1 piece
  • Sweetened Condensed Milk with Coffee - to taste
  • Sugar - 3 tablespoons
  • Wheat Flour - 1 cup
  • Vegetable Oil - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Pass the cottage cheese through a sieve, then add the egg, semolina, and sugar. Mix everything thoroughly.

Step 2

Next, form a small patty from this dough and place boiled condensed milk in the center of the patty. Place another patty on top, seal the edges, and gently coat the cheese pancake in flour.

Step 3

Repeat this process with the remaining dough and condensed milk, and then, heating the oil well in a skillet, fry the cheese pancakes until golden brown on both sides.

Step 4

Serve hot.
