Ingredients
- Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
- Milk - 1 cup
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Hard Cheese - 5.3 oz
- Wheat Flour - 1 cup
- Parsley - 1 bunch
- Dill - 1 bunch
- Sugar - 1 teaspoon
- Baking Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Garlic - 1 clove
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
Step 2
Wash the parsley, dry it well, and chop finely.
Step 3
Sift the flour.
Step 4
Press the garlic through a garlic press.
Step 5
Beat the eggs with salt and sugar until frothy using a mixer.
Step 6
Warm the milk slightly, pour it into the egg mixture, and mix well.
Step 7
Then add the flour and baking powder, and beat again.
Step 8
Stir in the cheese, garlic, chopped herbs, and pour in the oil.
Step 9
Mix well again with the mixer.
Step 10
Fry the pancakes in a preheated skillet greased with oil (once!).
