- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Vegetable Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Donut Peaches - 1 piece
- Powdered Sugar - 1.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Place all the cottage cheese in a saucepan and mash it with a fork until there are no large lumps. Crack the eggs into it, add the sugar, and mix everything thoroughly. It is better to use cottage cheese with 5% fat, but those who are not particularly concerned about their figure can try 9%.
Step 2
Add 7 tablespoons (heaping) of flour to the cottage cheese and mix thoroughly. You can add a little more flour for denser pancakes, or a little less for a softer texture. In the end, you should have a homogeneous mass that can be shaped into pancakes.

Place a frying pan over medium heat and pour in some sunflower oil.

Sprinkle a little flour on a plate. Shape several small balls from the cottage cheese mixture and place them on the plate. Then, roll the cheese balls in flour one by one, flatten them into small patties, and place them in the frying pan.

Fry the pancakes on both sides until a golden crust forms.
