- Cottage cheese - 5.3 oz
- Sugar - 0.4 oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Wheat Flour - 3.5 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
- Butter - 0.7 oz
- Sour Cream - 2.1 oz
- Powdered Sugar - 0.4 oz
- Oranges - ½ piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Transfer the cottage cheese to a bowl, mix with the egg, salt, and sugar, then blend well and pass through a sieve. Spread the flour on the table, shape the cottage cheese mixture into balls, and use a knife or spatula to form the pancakes, rolling them in flour. Place the prepared pancakes on a tray and refrigerate for 20 minutes. Remove from the refrigerator, fry over medium heat in vegetable oil and butter on both sides, then transfer to a tray and bake in the oven for 5 minutes at 180°C.
Step 2
Sour cream cream: Whip the sour cream with powdered sugar until doubled in volume.
Step 3
Place the pancakes on a plate, top with the cream, and sprinkle with grated orange zest.
