These pancakes are also perfect for those who dislike the often crumbly texture of traditional cheese pancakes. Semolina will hold each pancake together firmly and prevent them from flattening in the pan, while the addition of orange will keep the flavor from being too doughy, adding a lovely aroma and a citrusy tang. Here is the recipe for cheese pancakes without milk.

Ingredients

  • Semolina - 7.8 oz
  • Chicken Egg - 3 pieces
  • Wheat Flour - 4.2 oz
  • Oranges - 1 piece
  • Sugar - 1.4 oz
  • Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
