- Sugar - 3 tablespoons

Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix the flour, eggs, half of the butter, and a tablespoon of sugar.
Step 2
Knead the dough, wrap it in a cloth, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Step 3
Beat the cottage cheese with sugar and salt — if the filling is too liquid, add a little flour.
Step 4
Roll out the chilled dough to a thickness of 3–5 mm.
Step 5
Use a cutter to press out circles, place the cottage cheese in the center, pinch the edges, brush with beaten egg, and bake at 356°F for 25–30 minutes.
