Cheese Pastry in a Multicooker
Ingredients
- Butter - 3.5 oz
- Sugar - 1 cup
- Wheat Flour - 1½ cups
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Cottage cheese - 14.1 oz
- Vanilla salt - 1 teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Rub the butter, flour, and half a cup of sugar together until crumbly. You can do this by hand, but I used a fork. Add half of the vanilla sugar.
Step 2
Mix all the remaining ingredients together.
Step 3
Grease the multicooker bowl with vegetable oil or line it with baking paper. Place half of the crumbs (this is our dough) at the bottom, then add the filling, and top with the second half of the dough.
Step 4
Set the 'Baking' mode for 60 minutes. Once the program is complete, let it sit for another 10 minutes.
Step 5
Remove the finished pastry and let it cool — it tastes much better this way.
