Description
This cheese pastry recipe is not quite traditional, as we made it with puff pastry, but regular store-bought or homemade dough will work just fine. It's not necessary to decorate the pie with berries on top, but it does give it a more appealing look. During baking, the pie will rise, but then it will settle due to temperature differences. This is normal. The amount of sugar can be adjusted to your taste. Enjoy your meal!

- Cottage cheese - 17.6 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 3 pieces
- Vanillin - 1 teaspoon
- Unleavened dough - 1 piece
- Sugar - 3.5 oz
- Salt - a pinch
- Fresh Berries - to taste
Step by Step guide

Prepare the ingredients.

Add two eggs to the cottage cheese.
Step 3
Also add the sugar.
Step 4
Add a pinch of salt.

Mix the cottage cheese with the eggs and sugar, then add the vanillin.

Blend the mixture of cottage cheese, eggs, and sugar until smooth.

Place the dough on a baking sheet (it's better to use a non-stick mat) and stretch the edges.

Spread the cheese filling on the dough, distributing it evenly.

Fold the edges of the dough in a convenient way.

Beat the remaining egg and brush the edges of the pie.

Pour the remaining egg over the cheese filling and spread it evenly.

Optionally, you can decorate the top with berries.

Bake for 40 minutes at 356°F.

Check the readiness with a toothpick by piercing the thick edge (it should come out dry and clean).
